Here is what I think about the drone photos

1) lift is produced by the vertical electrodes via ion or electrostatic effects. The shape provides airflow through the center of the ring without turbulence.
2) The lightweight large arm is magnetized to orient and drive the drone via magnetic north, like a compass.
3) The shorter arms weigh more than the longer arm and are also electromagnets, they rotate the craft when power is applied. Hence the odd orientation of the smaller arms. They are not needed all the way around. The support wires (used on all sorts of aircraft, by the way) are part of the magnet, hence the mostly parallel shape and separation. They appear to be chem milled aluminum. Much like the inside of modern large aircraft wing skins.
4) The small dual attached units with 3 electrodes each are sized the way they are (more massive) for weight and balance. They provide propulsion or static discharge via the 6 short electrodes.
5) The ring or torus is some form of electrical energy storage. Possibly a room temperature superconductor and/or supercapacitor. Energy is loaded before flight.
6) The unit is "man made", while odd looking at first, things such as support wires, ring structure, wing like parts and the like are all common things.
7) The drone is not capable of rapid flight due to aerodynamic effects.
8- The characters are a form of disinformation.
9) The unit may be able to "recharge" over power lines via inductive coupling.
10) The unit won't lift much weight. The more complex unit has more rings for more power/lift.
11) The Isaac documents are disinformation. Real photo's coupled with fabricated stories.

Those who think it is a Hoax are somewhat correct. The scientists involved are hiding something. Maybe to get other countries to think we have some form of unusual technology.

Those who think it is real are correct, it is a real man made object.

Those who think it is from ET are incorrect.

I have no personal experience with such craft. I am involved in jet aircraft.

The pointed vertical electrodes are clearly visible in most if not all of the photo's. They are the semi cone shaped rods that protrude upward from the ring. My theory is that the shape produces airflow (what a surprise!) that passes silently through the ring.

My thoughts on the largest arm (the segmented one) is that it can be magnetized. Polarization can change and it can be turned on/off or modulated. There is no reason it needs to point north. In fact, with a N polarization, it would point South, or swing south. I find it interesting that it has 4 visible (support) rods internal to it. These could likely be modulated in various ways for manuvering. The length is required for torque. Simple physics.

The characters are for disinformation and confusion. They mean nothing. They are clearly strange enough to confuse, yet we clearly recognize them as characters. A truly complex foreign language might not even look like characters to us. Think about the new style bar code replacement which look like a strange box with dots. Looks nothing like words or characters does it?

Isaac claims these parts are solid all the way through, perform work, and are controlled by characters written on the surface. Impossible. Clear disinformation. The objects are clearly complex, not solid. Oh yeah, he also claims invisibility. Stealth might be possible, but these things are clearly meant to be seen. I used photoshop and enlarged the photo's to 5000 pixels wide with an interesting plug in that I have. I then sharpened the pics, lighetened the dark areas and the details are a bit clearer. Much like I would do with astronomical pics. Clearly they are complex.

I wish I had some technical information that could confirm my thoughts. But, like many here, I am simply a technically minded guy.

I just learned about these a week ago. The first thing I thought about, was what I was taught in flight school. That back in the '40's, jet aircraft had no visible means of propulsion and people could not understand what made them fly. In fact, early on in the jet testing phase, farmers would report a strange looking aircraft without an engine or prop. No one would believe them.

Théorie de MajicBar, à la suite, le même jour :

"What I think makes sense:

Microwaves force molecules to orient themselves in relation to the wave, pulse the wave in reverse directions and you cause the molecule to spin and heat it up. That is how the Microwave in your kitchen works to heat food. Pulse the microwave polarized so that you force the molecule to always point in the same direction and you force a quasi "crystalline" state where all the molecules point in the same direction. Now this then gives you a structure in the air above the drone which presents a positive or negative face. Charge the drone so that it has the opposite charge and the drone will be attracted to the air above it and it will float suspended underneath the polarized air. The birdcage like rods above the drone are probably pumping extra ions into the air to enhance the lift to be generated by this electrostatic force. By using the air above the drone, airflow should be from bottom to top, so I would not expect to see much airflow around the drone, unless it got too low and then electrostatic effects interacting trees might show up and there might be a potential for accidental discharge from the drone, which might then also cause the drone to crash. LMH on Whitley Streeber's Dreamland interview indicated that in crashes going back to 65 or so, several drones have crashed yielding parts to work with. How she knows this? I think she has been given lots of information on background that we have yet to hear of. Apparently then, these drones are not perfect and will crash.
