Frank Scully's "Behind the Flying Saucers" was originally published in 1950 and became an instant bestseller. It was the first nonfiction hardback book published on the then quite new subject of crashed UFOs and holds up very well today after the passage of nearly 60 years.

"Behind The Flying Saucers," which has recently been reprinted by Timothy Green Beckley at Global Communications, tells the complicated story of the crash of a flying saucer in Aztec, New Mexico, in March of 1948. The ship itself was largely undamaged, but the dead bodies of 14 to 16 small aliens were reported to have been found alongside the spacecraft. The aliens were described as being like "little men," similar to the grays of our own time, which was unusual in an age when contactees would soon after be regaling the media with visits by blonde, human-looking Venusians.

Murphy is a city councilman in Stephenville, which was buzzed by an enormous UFO on the evening Jan. 8. What made it more interesting were the F-16 jet fighters that apparently shadowed the intruder, which was flying without a transponder.

English Channel - (X-Files Mess): An unidentified flying object was seen hurtling into the Channel Tunnel rail track chasing an unmarked goods train minutes before a mysterious fire erupted seven miles from the Calais terminus.

Locals claimed the freight carrier 'was full of illegal asylum seekers' from the notorious Sangatte detention center.

Some eyewitnesses said the UFO is one of an EU fleet designed to reinforce border patrols.

"Just part of the latest scareforce tactics to keep out pesky welfare tourists," local bigot Mrs Minne McNuts told reporters.

Firefighters fought a ten hour battle to put out the blaze and have cordoned off Tunnel exits pending a specialist Ministry of Defence UFO cover-up team's arrival.

Eurotunnel Corp sources are saying nothing.

You'll see familiar favorites — like this saucer-shaped one — and bizarro images of floaty blobs and streaking lights. The video is set to music, most of which is pretty good, and that makes watching it even more trippy. Check it out.
I feel like this is one of those videos that's perfect for the late afternoon, say around 4:20, but I'm posting it now so you can get a head start on your afternoon during the next 8 UFO-packed minutes.

American Chronicle du 12/09/08, Was the Stephenville UFO a National Security Threat?
Citer
Stephenville, Texas attracted worldwide attention earlier this year (Jan, 08) after residents sighted an unidentified flying object (UFO) that some say was a mile long. By news accounts, there were more than 30 residents to specifically report the sighting. It was front-page headlines in a large number of news forums. Many of the witnesses were interviewed on national television programs such as CNN´s Larry King Live.

All of the witnesses were credible and none were shown to be perpetrating a hoax. They might have been mistaken, but that seems unlikely since so many people saw the same object. Also, other evidence is available to corroborate their story. There was obviously something flying over Stephenville that might be a national security threat. Why will our government not take this incident seriously?

Steve Allen, a 50-year-old pilot, said that the object was "a mile long and half a mile wide" and that "I don't know if it was a biblical experience or somebody from a different universe or whatever but it was definitely not from around these parts." There is no disputing that Mr. Allen is a credible witness who saw a strange craft and then reported it to authorities. The U.S. Air Force was made aware of the sighting, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) knows about it and even Homeland Security was contacted. However, no official Federal Government Agency has looked into the matter or conducted an official investigation, why not?

Learning about this world, galaxy, and universe is only part of the truth. Learning that we are more than our mental, physical, and spiritual bodies is important.

We are just beginning to raise the consciousness of the whole world in a global community. There will be many beings who will pass from earth never realizing the next level of the game of life. This is unfortunate but we have a world called reincarnation that may offer their loved ones solace. There are people on earth who can contact these beings that are still able to remain in contact by sound waves of the Akashic Field. Some beings choose to stay on earth because they believe in the old programs which were taught on earth. There are myths and religions on earth.

There are other dimensions and although we cannot go back in this time on earth, there are other places in our minds which are real and exist.

When it boils down to the truth and the bottom line of all life and matter on earth, we are all part of the stuff that things are made of. We are simply stardust.

We are all H2O, Hydrogen, Carbon, and other base matter that comes from space. But then where does space come from? This is what the new big deal or Big Bang Machine is all about. The Big Bang Machine is about learning about the beginning which was here before all particles of the atom. The glue that holds all particles together on earth and in space.

The photo is of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) which will search for the God Particle which is thought to be the glue of all the universe. Scientists are searching for the smallest particle which holds all the particles of an atom together. We as individual beings are senders and receivers of energy. We are responsible for our own energy. We all are part of one whole universe of multi-universes or meta-universe. There are other dimensions that cannot be explained in present earth terms. There are no physics to match the titles of energy. One can get there from here but one must raise energy.

Today, at a distance of 40 years and with 31 books to his credit, Von Daniken still believes strongly that extra terrestrials were responsible for many of the mysteries of the world, providing early peoples with advanced technologies which we are still today trying to explain away with scant success.

“I try to prove that extra terrestrial beings were here on earth once. In turn I believe that ancient peoples looked up to these beings as being superior to mankind; gods which descended from the skies. When they departed back to their planets, people on earth kept hoping that they would return. Their stories were handed down to future generations who developed them. Needless to say, even Pizarro was considered a god by the people of Peru! It all boils down to mankind’s confusion of god and extra terrestrial beings.” Von Daniken insists that the expectation of these gods’ return fuelled man’s imagination and even today many religions, including Christianity, believe in this idea that a god will one day return to earth to redeem his followers. Or was it an extra terrestrial?

The failure of Wednesday's start-up of the biggest-ever atom smasher in Switzerland to destroy the world per some people's predictions reminds us that doomsday prophecies have always been with us; and they've always been wrong.

The Daily Telegraph offers a sampler of 10 fizzled doomsdays, including the one supposedly heralded by the appearance of the Hale-Bopp Comet in 1997. Thirty-eight members of a California cult known as Heaven's Gate committed suicide in preparation for a UFO rapture that never came.

A much, much longer list of Apocalypse Nots dating back to utterances of Jesus Christ Himself can be found, where else, at Armageddon Online.

And PBS offers a scholarly examination of the history of Apocalypticism in western culture (it seems you can't have one without the other).

Looking ahead, the world will absolutely, without question, no doubt about it, quite definitely come to an end for sure on December 21, 2012, and there's a thriving cottage industry to prove it.

I keed, I keeed, as Triumph the Insult Dog was wont to say. Actually, I found the evening both interesting and at times mildly amusing. I went expecting Ventura's address to be all about 9/11 conspiracy theories, since it was the anniversary of 9/11 and because the event was sponsored by a "troofer" group. But 9/11 took up only a fraction of Ventura's entire speech. Most of it was a rambling, extemporaneous recounting of Ventura's history, and his thoughts on a number of subjects, such as the legalization of marijuana (he's for it), immigration (he digs Mexicans), Al Franken's run for Senate in Minnesota (Ventura thinks he'll lose), and surfing (he wouldn't mind dying that way).

...

But such conclusions, arrived at by scores of scientists over a span of three years, are a lot less sexy than a conspiracy theory, and a lot more complicated. That's why 9/11 conspiracy theories persist, and probably will indefinitely, right along with the belief in UFO abductions, Bigfoot, leprechauns and organized religion.

On January 3, 2007 my article, Behold Azazel: the Extraterrestrial, was published in UFO Digest. In that article, I first introduced all of you to the image of Azazel which I had channeled years earlier from the spirit world and is shown again above. I later used that image as the basis for my character of the extraterrestrial, i.e. fallen angel in both of my novels, The Great Harpazo Deception and Invasion: Israel. I explained how I had haphazardly derived the name from the Jewish pseudopigraphal book, The Apocalypse of Abraham.

What Satan had meant for evil, God ultimately used for good in helping me to expose this ongoing deception.

“You meant evil against me but God meant it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives” (Genesis 50:20).

Azazel is now believed to be an extraterrestrial, fallen, demonic angel.

There is no doubt this conspiracy is real. The proof is there for those that will look. Many who doubt the existence of such a conspiracy point to the level of reliability needed for a large number of people to actually keep a secret. How could so many people be involved and not leak something this significant? For starters some information has been leaked and many people have spoken out. But for the most part the secrets are kept because those involved, like Jessep´s Marines, are patriots. In keeping the truth from us they believe they are protecting our way of life. These patriots should not be punished. Most work with only limited knowledge. They have a "need to know" only what is required to complete their assigned tasks. The compartmentalized structure of their organization prevents many from understanding the "big picture." They, like us, do not need to know all of the facts in order to understand that it is unconstitutional to continue the secrecy. There may be hidden laws that have been passed or executive orders signed that purport to allow this secrecy, but they have not yet passed the

Constitutionality test.

More than a dozen people said they saw it -- the big bright lights in the January skies over Stephenville, Texas. It was unlike anything they'd seen before.

Five police officers report seeing strange lights over Illinois.

"I look off to the east, see some very intense bright lights coming this way at a high rate of speed," witness Steve Allen said.

The lights reconfigured into different formations several times, he said.

"Then they burst into a flame, a very unusual bright white flame," he said. "Two or three seconds of that, and then it simply disappeared."

Former military air traffic controller Paul Colcleasure said he also saw something remarkable that night.

"I honestly don't know what to think it was. I know what it wasn't," he said. "I've seen pretty much every military aircraft you can think of in the dark, and these lights were -- just the scale of the lights, the size -- not anything I can conceptualize."

In the nine months since, those lights still have not been identified.

It has been established beyond all reasonable doubt that the Moon is not what it appears; that it is not just another satellite orbiting a planet, Earth, but an entity which has thrown the minds of some of the greatest thinkers and scientific brains into a quandary and bewilderment unprecedented in the history of astronomy. Why haven't you heard about this? Another government cover-up? How could Moon mysteries have anything to do with government secrecy, and moreover could it relate to the suppression of the space programme?
Let us outline some of the extraordinary anomalies and mysteries surrounding this puzzle
...
Two Soviet scientists, Mikhail Vasin and Alexander Shcherbakov, have spent much of their careers examining the facts compiled on lunar phenomena. Their conclusion is that the Moon is artificial, possibly a hollowed-out planet, and that it was steered from some distant region of the galaxy into a circular orbit around our planet (hence the extraordinary mystery of rock and Moon-dust age variations). They claim that intellectual life has existed in the Moon for eons.

In 1968 as Apollo 8 moved into orbit around the Moon, the astronauts spotted a colossal extraterrestrial object, which then had disappeared on the next orbit. Photographs were taken, of course, but not released to the public.
...
We see that the Moon mysteries are intimately bound up with extraterrestrial sightings and involvement, in particular, the conclusion of the two Russian scientists that the Moon is artificial and hollow. Is this a favourable omen for the human race or a harbinger of something more ominous. Why was the Moon directed to retain continuously a dark side? A side of the Moon we never see. Also police records referring to increased crime during the full Moon are commonplace. A study of ET material of which literature today abounds, strongly indicates that the nature of the Moon has a sinister purpose and plays a role in manipulating man's evolution.

His name is Billy Cox and he works for the Sarasota Herald Tribune. He’s entered a "Matrix" and won’t return until he gets some answers.

In an interview from his home in Sarasota on Wednesday 3 September 2008 on the Richard Syrett Show out of Toronto Canada, Billy Cox laid it all on the line.

How did this unfold you ask?

To begin with, Billy Cox is engaged in a battle over world views here. Over the last several weeks Billy Cox has been in contact with a United States Air Force media official Major Karl Lewis who appears to have in his possession all the answers about a major uninvited UFO incursion captured on FAA radar over Texas on 8 January 2008.

But, the Major is not talking publicly – at least not yet. The U.S. Major is apparently being told by the bureaucracy above him that the Air Force has "no knowledge" of what the FAA knows for certain.

The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) gave over to investigators Glen Schulze and Robert Powell reams of radar data -- 2.5 million bits of it -- that unequivocally and scientifically proves a huge unidentified craft without a transponder entered controlled air space freely making its way towards Crawford Texas. This just happens to be the location of the ranch owned by President George Bush, known as the western White House. But this craft’s presence and movements remain hush-hush.

It tracks all small and big UFO findings and nets any news generated on the subject. It regularly scans most talked about UFO videos and puts up for further reviews and opinions.

Unidentified Flying Objects have long been a matter of uncertain discussion. To the cynics they pose the threat of theory dismantle and to its coterie of believers, it presents a small dust of fantasy enough to caricaturize the horizon of their imaginations. There is an ever-enhancing number of video footage on UFO's. The objects are more or less suspended free in lower sky or seen apparently moving at a high pace and momentum subject to different patterns of image formations in human beings when they come across the bizarre.
Sometimes, the Government, for the apprehension of being found out as an object of ridicule, has hidden, in essence, these mysterious findings for a great length of time. But at any such moment when they have gone public with the findings, a ballistic curiosity has taken shape and people have pounced over the news.

Be it Paris or Mexico or Russia, the shifting sands of time has always been interspersed with such strange sightings.

Two stunning new revelations have emerged from the collection of 1,200 pages of files copied by MUFON's Project Pandora from the files of the late Roy Craig, a physical chemist who was a key investigator for the University of Colorado's UFO study.  One, it turns out that late in the study a project scientist wrote a memo admitting that more than 50% of their cases had turned out to be unexplained.  Two, proof has now been found that project director Edward Condon had not in fact read his own report before writing up the report's "Conclusions and Recommendations," the opening chapter in the front of the report.

MUFON Director of Research Robert Powell and MUFON historical consultant Michael Swords traveled to Texas A&M University earlier this year to examine the Craig files and copy what they could.  Powell kindly made the files available, which will eventually be posted online by MUFON.  A more detailed report will be made by Swords who has investigated the history and internal workings of the controversial Colorado UFO project.

The "Colorado Project," as it is best termed (often called the "Condon Committee") was a US Air Force funded $525,000+ contract study of UFO's conducted from 1966 to 1968.  The release of its thousand-page final report in January 1969, usually called the Condon Report, was a devastating blow to serious UFO research because of its scorchingly harsh anti-UFO conclusions rendered by the project's chief scientist Condon.  The Condon Report was endorsed by the National Academy of Science and set back scientific UFO research for decades by making the very subject disreputable.
